Hey Oak Lane! A new clinic is open in your neighborhood!

August 18, 2017  |  Author: CityLife Neighborhood Clinics  |

There’s a new clinic on the block. With a fresh coat of paint on the walls and comfy seats in our living room, the CityLife Neighborhood Clinic in the Oak Lane neighborhood of Philadelphia is ready to see new patients.

Pop in for a flu shot, get the kids ready for fall sports with a physical, or swing by to discuss Medicaid or Medicare Advantage services for Mom or Dad. Come meet our care team of doctors, nurses, and health professionals.

Walk-ins welcome!

Don’t wait in the ER when it isn’t an emergency. Walk right into CityLife, no appointment needed.
